SKYCACHE INC. WELCOMES CHRIS ICIDE AS NEW VP OF ENGINEERING

Laurel, MD (September 23, 1998) - SkyCache Inc., the nation's premier high-speed, datacasting company revolutionizing the Internet, today announced the addition of Chris Icide as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Icide will have overall responsibility for the Company's operations, research and product development, systems and customer installation activities.

Prior to SkyCache, Mr. Icide was named Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer for Priori Networks, Inc. located in Redwood City, CA. Mr. Icide was responsible for managing the company's operations, sales and marketing. Under his supervision, Priori's network availability increased to greater than 99.5% through network redesign and simplified operations.

Before heading Priori's engineering, Mr. Icide served as the Senior Network Architect for Genuity, Inc., owned by GTE. He assumed the key engineering effort for incorporating a newly acquired Internet network into the company's existing network infrastructure. Mr. Icide also worked as Senior Network Engineer/Operations Manager for Nap.Net, Inc., assisting in expanding its revenues into the millions and making it one of the seventh largest Internet backbones in the nation.

"Chris' years of technology experience in the Internet industry have given him the strong operating and engineering skills to propel SkyCache's services world-wide," said Doug Humphrey, president and chief executive officer. "We are ecstatic that he has joined our management team."

Prior to his commercial engineering and management experience, Mr. Icide founded MISHA, Inc., a small regional Internet Service Provider located in Rockford, IL. Under his direction as CEO/President, he grew the company to market leader in its service territory and sold the company to a large well-established regional Internet Service Provider.

Mr. Icide has a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
